Additionally, users are required to provide their name, gender, and date of birth (DOB) as part of the registration process.

Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your entire “Jaane mann” profile, including all associated personal information, you may do so by selecting the “Delete your account” option. To initiate this process, navigate to the “View Profile” section in the side menu and follow the instructions provided to complete the account deletion procedure.

Commitment to Privacy

The mobile application is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all users, whether registered or merely visiting the platform. It is recommended that users fully comprehend the types of personally identifiable information being collected. While the mobile application utilizes personal data for generating forecasts, it ensures that such information is solely used for communicating horoscope charts and predictions to the user and is not utilized for any other purposes. The mobile application does not engage in the sale or rental of any information provided by users.

The mobile application does not assume any responsibility for users with mental health issues, including, but not limited to, those contemplating self-harm or suicide. Users experiencing such thoughts are advised to immediately discontinue using the mobile application. Any continued use of the application by such individuals is at their own risk, and the mobile application disclaims any liability in such instances. Additionally, such information may be shared with law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law.

The mobile application does not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions made by astrologers.

Information Collected by the Mobile Application

The phone number and OTP are used to secure the user’s profile and enable personalized SMS services.
